This page is maintained by HECHO™ to explain how we handle business and account data. It describes app-visible controls and our platform practices, not an independent certification.
What we collect
We collect account information (name, email, business name), the requests and files you upload, payment information handled by our payment processor, and basic usage data to keep the service running.
How we use it
We use your data to operate your subscription, process website updates, communicate about requests, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. Access inside HECHO™ is role-based: account owners see their own data; team members with explicit roles can access customer data needed to do their work.
Hosting and subprocessors
HECHO™ runs on managed cloud infrastructure and uses a payment processor for billing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. We choose providers with strong security practices, but shared responsibility applies: you are responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of the business information you provide.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. Analytics, if enabled, is used internally to understand product usage and is not shared with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, data is retained for a reasonable period to support reactivation, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account through your account settings.
Your privacy choices
You can update your business and account information from your HECHO™ dashboard. To request a full export or deletion of your data, use the export and deletion controls in your account settings, or contact us through your dashboard.
