1. What HECHO™ provides

HECHO™ is a website care and update service for small businesses. Subscribers receive a hosted dashboard, access to request design or content changes, file storage, and billing tools. We do not guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can pause, upgrade, or downgrade your plan from your billing page. Pausing keeps your account data intact but stops active work.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use HECHO™ to host or distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or infringing material. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We aim for a fair and flexible refund policy: refund requests are reviewed case by case, and duplicate charges or verified billing errors are always corrected in full. Cancelling before your next renewal prevents future charges.

5. Ownership and transfer

You own your brand, content, photos, and domain from day one. HECHO™ builds, hosts, and maintains the website while your subscription is active. A full site export and transfer is available after the first 90 days of service, once any outstanding balance has been paid.

6. Included updates and turnaround

Same-business-day preview. When payment is complete and all required business information and assets have been submitted by 2:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday, HECHO delivers a first personalized website preview the same business day. Submissions received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on recognized U.S. holidays are delivered the next business day. The preview is an initial version prepared for your review — it is not a finished, revised, or launched website. Revisions, final copy, domain connection, and launch are scheduled separately after you review the preview. Delivery timing depends on receiving the required information from you; the same-business-day window does not begin until that information is complete.

One included monthly update is one contained request that can usually be completed in about 30 minutes — for example changing your hours, replacing a few photos, updating prices or text, or swapping a promotion. New pages, major redesigns, advanced integrations, large menu or catalog rebuilds, and multi-part campaigns are scoped and quoted separately. Most small updates are completed within one business day; larger requests are scoped and scheduled. Google Business Profile setup or optimization uses the business information you provide and is subject to Google's verification and policies; we cannot guarantee approval, ranking, or results.

7. Limitations

HECHO™ is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
