How does the same-business-day preview work?

Complete payment and your required business profile by 2:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday, to receive your first personalized website preview the same business day. Submissions after the cutoff, on weekends, or on recognized U.S. holidays are delivered the next business day. The clock starts only once payment is complete and all required business information and assets are submitted. This is your first personalized preview to review — not a finished or launched website. Revisions, launch, domain connection, and final copy are scheduled separately after you review the preview.

What can I do with my website preview?

You can review the direction, messaging, page structure, and calls to action, then share the private preview with your team or trusted contacts and send feedback to HECHO before launch. The preview is not a live production website and does not collect real customer information unless HECHO has explicitly activated those features.

Will this actually bring me more business?

That's what it's built for. Every page gets a clear next step — call, book, or order — the site loads fast on a phone, and we help set up your Google Business Profile with your official website, hours, and directions, subject to Google's verification and policies. We won't promise a number; we will make sure nothing on your site quietly leaks customers.

Is there really only one plan?

Yes. We built one Website Care plan that covers what 95% of small businesses need. If you need additional sites or extra monthly work, we add them at flat rates.

What counts as my included monthly update?

Accepted Answer

One contained request — usually about 30 minutes of work. Changing your hours, swapping a few photos, updating prices or text, or switching out a promotion. New pages, major redesigns, advanced integrations, large menu or catalog rebuilds, and multi-part campaigns are scoped and quoted separately. Extra standard updates are $35 each, billed at the end of the month.

Do I own my website?

Your brand, content, photos, and domain are yours from day one. HECHO builds, hosts, and maintains the website while your subscription is active, and a full site export and transfer is available after the first 90 days once any outstanding balance is paid.

Can customers book an appointment or consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it's included. Realtors, barbers, stylists, consultants, and other appointment-based businesses get a clear Book Now action, your services and hours, and either a consultation request form that lands in your inbox or a straightforward embed of the scheduler you already use — Calendly, Square Appointments, Acuity, Vagaro, Fresha, Booksy, or Mindbody. Only advanced scheduling — multiple staff calendars, paid bookings with deposits, or resource and inventory availability — is reviewed and scoped separately.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing is $990 and includes two months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from your billing dashboard.

What is your refund policy?

We keep billing fair. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and duplicate charges or billing errors are always corrected in full. You can cancel any time before your next renewal to stop future charges.

Can my $99 website store leads or work like a CRM?

A lead-generating website with standard contact, quote, and inquiry forms fits the $99 plan — inquiries are delivered straight to you. Your $99 website can collect inquiries and send them to you once launched. A private lead database, CRM, automated follow-up, MLS integration, dealership inventory feed, or custom workflow requires a custom review.
